BAXTER: WHAT’S NEW
The new proposals Baxter presented at the last Milan Furniture Show can be summarized as “mix and match”.
Baxter’s environments are based on the combination of heterogeneous pieces, on different styles that blend in harmony, on soft and irregular textures paired with precise geometries. Experiments have been carried out on leather colours, which take on the nuances of green, periwinkle, burgundy, coral and grey. Finally, great attention was paid to the use of new materials, such as ancient stones extracted from rare quarries and glossy lacquered surfaces.

The new mood comes from the renewed partnership with important designers (such as Paola Navone, Roberto Lazzeroni, Vincenzo De Cotiis, just to name a few), but also from the three new collaborations started with Studio Pepe, Federico Peri and Hagit Pincovici.
The Baxter house looks more and more like a contemporary kaleidoscopic “wunderkammer”, where everything is allowed and there are no strict rules.
